Why I love what I do

I take great pleasure in solving problems - meaning I thrive in immersing myself into a client's challenge. I'm a firm believer that business change requires a human element and I enjoy bringing this lens into the room. Working in tight-knit teams to crack any issue a client may face is where I am in my element.

A business result I'm proud of

My greatest business result has been working closely with a global hotel chain to reinvent their current meeting and events proposition. As a global brand initiative we worked across 4 continents, speaking to countless stakeholders within their business to crack their proposition challenge. Building and running an online panel to gather the crucial insight the project needed was a rewarding challenge. The outcome of the project was a success. The proposition was markedly different from their original offering and clearly resonated with the client and consumer alike, meaning the imminent global roll-out is sure to succeed.

A business reinvention I admire

Realising that consumer shopping behaviours were changing, John Lewis placed their customer's needs at the heart of their business model in order to deliver a seamless customer proposition across all channels. Their omni-channel approach allowed their traditional business to remain relevant to demanding consumers in a changing retail landscape.
